you have to unequip glory to teleport.
also when you teleport it will say.

you rub the amulet
your amulet has 3 charge left.
your amulet has 2 charges left.
your amulet has 1 charges left.
all at once

This bug has been fixed in the 29 June update, thanks for reporting this!
