Infernal axe

whenever you burn a log with infernal axe you do not burn a log towards Pyro achievements
same goes for infernal pickaxe if you smelt a bar

This is actually intended - only lighting logs with a tinderbox will complete the achievement.

We may be willing to consider changing the achievement so it also counts for the infernal axe, but that's more of a suggestion than a feature. There are currently no plans to change this, however.
